The perfect way to kick start a summer day is with a nourishing smoothie. Not only are they easy to sip away as you get ready or walk to work, they’re really easy on the digestion after a nights rest and a great way to pack in a variety of ingredients.

2 1/2 cups light coconut milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
2 tablespoons maple pure syrup
1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
2 handfuls of spinach (optional)
1 packet of The ALOHA Daily
Place all the ingredients in a blender for 2-3 minutes and blend until creamy. Sip slowly and enjoy the moment.
